I decided to become a Chiropractor in Los Angeles because that was the location I received my first opportunity to help people in pain. I decided from there to specialize in pregnancy, pediatrics, family health and personal injury by opening Nurture Family Chiropractic. While treating my patients and mommies to be, I noticed there was a lack of options for many of the specialized areas I work in, especially pregnancy. Many patients were excited that they no longer had to travel far outside their area to receive care.

Dr. Heather Valinsky, owner of Nurture Family Chiropractic, uses a very hands on approach to Chiropractic Care, using machines and equipment only when absolutely necessary. She listens to the patient's needs and concerns, and tailors a specific care plan to address each individual patient’s needs. She offers the latest technology and techniques to improve her patient's health.
Dr. Valinsky successfully treats pain during pregnancy (joint pain, sciatica, round ligament, pubic symphysis, and many others), breech baby, infant care (colic, torticollis, flat head (plagiocephaly), constipation, help with crawling & many others), pediatrics (ADD, ADHD, Autism, bed wetting, ear infections & more), shoulder injuries, cranial ( vertigo, migraines, TMJ & more), neck injuries, sciatic pain, hip pain, auto injuries & back pain.
